Apple IPhone5 Features,Realease Date and Price

As the 5th generation of the iPhone is on the verge of being released, and with all the speculations spreading on the Internet about the iPhone 5, people are anticipating and desperately waiting for the launch of the smartphone, which is now expected to happen in Summer 2012. Many fans and current Apple iPhone consumers are wondering what groundbreaking features Apple will add to the new iPhone 5.

UPDATE: The most recent rumors indicate that the iPhone 5 will have a 4+ inch display, possibly made by Korean giant LG. However rumors of a teardrop-shaped device have been shelved after a Foxconn employee in China revealed that samples so far are symmetrical in thickness. (Foxconn is the company that currently manufactures the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 for Apple.) The same source reveals that neither of the samples have the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S forms, and that neither of the devices seen so far are the final versions. This employee has however failed to indicate any concrete features that are set to appear in this next generation of iPhone.

iPhone 5 Features

Although Apple does not reveal the exact specifications and features until the device is officially unveiled, we could dictate some of the main features that are expected. However, rumor of the new iPhone 5 features, in terms of both hardware and software upgrades, will definitely entice any smartphone buyer.

The upcoming phone is expected to sport the Apple’s latest and greatest A5 processor chip, iCloud service, higher-resolution camera, and a 4+ inch screen size. Here are some of the most anticipated iPhone 5 features:

iOS 5

Apple announced iOS 5.0 and its features during the WWDC 2011 keynote address on June 6, 2011. The user interface is based on the concept of direct manipulation, using multi-touch gestures. It is expected to come with more than 200 new features that will include improved Notification System, News Stand and iMessage.

iMessage is an application that is developed to compete with Blackberry Messenger. The app will allow iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad users to communicate (much like a chat service) with each other. The iMessage feature has been integrated into the SMS/MMS application used originally on the iPhone models.

JailBreaking your iphone using "snOwbreeze" jailbreaking software

What you need:

1. iPhone 
2. Sn0wbreeze 2.3 beta 1 [currently available for Windows only: sn0wbreeze-2.3b1.zip]
3. iOS IPSW for all versions [all kinds of ISPW files
4. iTunes 10.2.1 for Windows
5. iBooty 2.0 which is already included in the sn0wbreeze-2.3b1.zip package. It will be generated automatically on your desktop after sn0wbreeze created your custom IPSW.

Steps:

1. Launch Sn0wbreeze, click the next “blue” colored arrow at the bottom right corner. Read the warnings!

2. You will get another warning that says “ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS?” Now Drag and drop the IPSW you just downloaded or use the Browse function.

3. It will now ask whether you have an old or new bootrom. Select appropriately or you can also let sn0wbreeze detect your device.

4. Your IPSW is now verified. Just click next to continue.

5. Select which mode you are most familiar with. For beginners, use Simple Mode. Choosing “BasebandPreservation Mode” will create an IPSW but it does not jailbreak or unlock your iPhone.

6. If you choose Simple Mode, you will see an option to activate your iPhone. Click Yes or No according to your preference.

7. Your custom IPSW is now being built, sit back and wait or play PacMan.

8. Once your custom IPSW has been created, you will find it on your desktop along with iBooty v2.0.

9. Follow the on screen instruction to bring your device into DFU mode.

10. Once your iPhone is in DFU mode, launch iTunes and do a Shift+Restore and point it to the custom IPSW on your desktop. Sit back and wait until iTunes completes the restore.

Boot Tethered your iPhone with iBooty

Since there is no untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3 yet, we will have to boot it into a tethered jailbroken state. We will use iBooty which can be found on your desktop.

1. Launch iBooty v2.0 from your desktop. Select your device and click Start to bring your iPhone into DFU mode.

2. Once your iPhone is in DFU mode, iBooty will do the rest, your iPhone will boot up into jailbroken state.

Fly, be free! Jailbreak for iPhone 4S, iPad 2 released

Looks like the iPhone 4S is getting its "Shawshank Redemption" moment today. A jailbreak for the new iPhoneand its A5-based cousin, the iPad 2, has been spotted.

The "corona untether" jailbreak for A4 devices running iOS5 was released in December, and since then a "dream team" of iOS hackers including the iPhone Dev Team, Chronic Dev Team and pod2G have been working to liberate iOS devices built around the more powerful A5 processor.

The site hosting the jailbreak has been very difficult to access this morning, but some people seem to be getting through, if you believe all the chatter on Twitter. For now, the jailbreak's only available for Mac OS X, with a Windows version available soon, according to a couple of the hackers.

In case you're not in the know, jailbreaking your iOS devices allows you to customize your gadget and to access Apple-unauthorized apps not found in the App Store, such as those available on Cydia.

The downside is that it's certainly not something Apple endorses and will likely void your device's warranty, and there's always a chance of the worst-case scenario happening--turning your device into a nice, shiny brick.
